Services Available at the CRC

Quick Check & System Evaluation

When you come to the CRC with a computer issue, staff will make every effort to resolve your problem as quickly as possible during a Quick Check.  These initial evaluations are performed while you wait and generally take 20 minutes or less.  Some problems can take longer to resolve, however, so staff may ask you to check-in your computer for a System Evaluation.  The CRC will ensure that your computer is securely stored while the necessary work is performed and notify you when your system is ready for pick up.

System Tune-Up

A new service being offered this fall, System Tune-Up is a proactive service designed to keep your computer running as well as it can.  Many serious computer problems can be avoided with routine maintenance.  For more information, please see the System Tune-Up article.

Mobile Support

CRC staff are available to help you get your mobile device connected to AirPennNet.

E-Waste Recycling

CRC customers can recycle their e-waste through the CRC for free!  Computers, displays, keyboards, printers, toner and inkjet cartridges, and even compact fluorescent light bulbs and batteries can be brought to the CRC to be disposed of in an environmentally responsible way.  For more information, please see the E-Waste Recycling article.
