Teleconferencing Service: Verizon Business

ISC Networking and Telecommunications has partnered with Verizon to provide flexible, affordable teleconferencing services. These services are available any day of the week and do not require that one of the participants be located at a University of Pennsylvania extension.

Registering with Verizon Business

Before using Verizon Business's teleconferencing service, you need to set up a customer account with our Verizon representative.

  • Registering a new account can take 24 - 48 hours.
  • To set up your account, download the application form. Complete it electronically, and send it as an email attachment to Tom Hettinger
  • If you need assistance in completing the form, call Tom Hettinger (215-573-5052).

After registering with Verizon Business, you will receive an email from them with all of the information you will need to set up your own teleconferences. Please keep a copy of this information as you will need it each time you wish to set up a conference call. The email will include:

  • An Authorization Code
  • Your Instant Meeting subscription
  • A reserved toll-free number
  • Your leader and participant passcode

Scheduling Conference Calls

Once your account is set up, you can manage it on Verizon Business’s audio conferencing web site


Verizon is a University approved vendor. You will receive an invoice with your conference call charges payable to Verizon Business Conferencing within 30 days of a completed conference call.
